General terms of use

Use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the Site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The Site is normally accessible to users at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by the Site administrator, who will then endeavor to communicate the dates and times of the intervention to users in advance.

The Site is updated regularly.

Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they nevertheless apply to the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to take note of them.

Description of services provided

The Site aims to provide information about Evoneo Solutions SAS company. All information indicated on the Site is given for indicative purposes, and is subject to change.

Furthermore, the information on the Site is not exhaustive. They are provided subject to modifications made since they were put online.

Contractual limitations on technical data

The Site uses JavaScript technology.

Evoneo Solutions SAS cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Site. In addition, the Site user undertakes to access the Site using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with an up-to-date latest generation browser.

Intellectual property and counterfeiting

Evoneo Solutions SAS is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the software, and holds the usage rights of the various technical components, icons, sounds, software necessary for the proper functioning of the Site, and all elements accessible on the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited, unless prior written authorization from the Site's publication manager.

Any unauthorized exploitation of the Site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Limitation of liability

Evoneo Solutions SAS cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment, when accessing the Site, and resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications indicated, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Evoneo Solutions SAS cannot also be held responsible for indirect damage (such as, for example, loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site.

Management of personal data

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the Site, the following data may be collected : the URL of the links through which the user accessed the Site, the user's access provider, the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any event, any collection of personal information relating to the user is done only for the need of certain services offered by the Site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he proceeds himself to enter it. The Site user is then informed whether or not they are required to provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, every user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning them, by making their written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the response must be sent.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

Hyperlinks and cookies

The Site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorization of Evoneo Solutions SAS. However, Evoneo Solutions SAS does not have the possibility to verify the content of the sites thus visited, and consequently will not assume any responsibility for this fact.

Navigation on the Site may cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but which records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained aim to facilitate subsequent navigation on the Site, and also aim to allow various traffic measurements.

Applicable law

Any dispute relating to the use of the Site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Toulouse (France).

The publisher reserves the right to amend at any time the terms, conditions and warnings of this notice.
